In 2002 Geoffrey Flynn founded his first Italian property company, Montecastelli Srl., as a full service real estate operation, born from his passion for restoring ruins in Umbria, one stone at a time.

In 2007 Geoff subsequently started Montecastelli Restorations Srl. and in 2008, Montecastelli Immobiliare Srl.

In order to more simply engage with clients, we introduced our website onestone.it in 2016, which is a destination for our existing and future clients to view the activities in which we are currently engaged, and to give access to the full range of services that our group of companies offer.
