Casa Nuovo, san donato was found and purchased for a client living in singapore in january 2014
The house sits in a 200 hectare, private reserve, close to Umbertide and enjoys wonderful panoramic views across the Umbrian hills. The property is 5 hectares.
The Farmhouse could not be salvaged, sadly, as it was structurally floored.
The size of the existing building was SQ Metres 180.00 but we managed to gain permission to demolish and construct a new house measuring over SQ Metres 400.00, a Pool House measuring SQ Metres 100.00 and a Pool 20 x 5 metres.
We have recently gained permission to construct a further building of SQ Metres 36.00 behind the pool where we will create a kitchen, barbecue and inside and outside dining.
We began this project in June 2014 and we will complete the project together with landscaped gardens end June early July 2016.
